Amanda Moschella, RN

Our newborn son was helicoptered to Sunrise from another hospital with extremely high bilirubin levels. His physical exam indicated brain injury. Amanda treated J (our son) with such excellence and compassion. She explained the tests and results to us. Luckily, our son fought an infection and his physical exam got better. Amanda always kept us thinking positively. She was extremely knowledgeable about J's condition. She was also very emotionally supportive during this time. Amanda is an excellent nurse that deserves this award.
