We had a patient dying of stage 4 cancer who had a last wish to be cryopreserved. This required Amanda to jump through multiple hoops to ensure that this was approved by our risk department's deceased affairs and management. She went above and beyond without complaint to ensure that we could follow his last wishes. She was compassionate to the family who was struggling between advocating for their loved ones although unsure about cryopreservation. In the end, we were able to follow his last wishes thanks in a large part to Amanda.
