To whom this may concern. I am writing up the recommendation to all parties that might recognize the professionalism and patient caring that I’ve received here with the VA, your entire staff facility to make my Veteran’s Day and Amanda Hamilton was like a breath of fresh air when it was most painful for me to continue. She demonstrated some of the best leadership that was needed to help solve a difficult problem during my stay. I have nothing bad to say about the VA because you may have saved my life.​
