Amanda was nice, professional, and personable. Her first words to me were "I don't judge anyone". Amanda encouraged me to call her whenever I needed her, even if it was only for a cup of ice. Amanda never acted like I was an inconvenience. She was always smiling and laughing. Some day, when I overcome my addiction, I want to be just like Amanda. She is a great role model.
