My daughter was admitted with pneumonia; she is a special needs child, she does not talk or walk and needs one-on-one. Amanda makes a difference in the hospital. My daughter communicates with noises and eyes. She talks with my daughter, is caring, loving and makes her feel secure when helping position her body and the oxygen she wears 24 hours a day.
Amanda went the extra mile every day she was with us. She always stopped at the door to ask if we needed anything. She provided showers with caring, excellence, and professionalism. It is very different and exhausting being in the hospital, but with nurses like her, they make the difference between tears and smiles. Thank you!
