My father was recently a patient on Med/Surg. Amanda went above and beyond while my father was there. She not only was compassionate but demonstrated her knowledge of nursing in an exemplary manner. She answered every question we had and offered comforting advice. She was in control at all times, even though she seemed to have a million things going on at one time. I felt more comfortable asking her questions than I did the physician. She is an asset to your team and a true DAISY Nurse.
