Amanda responded to every call with calm and kindness. Whether it was needing help with simply plugging in my phone charger or something more serious, like checking my IV line, Amanda was always caring and efficient. I never felt like I was wasting her time or being a pain. She seemed to understand how frightening and alone hospitals can be. Amanda's calm efficiency and compassion made my stay a little bit lighter. In a group of wonderful nurses, she was extraordinary.
