I was admitted this summer for a short 5-day hospital stay with pneumonia. I had many nurses but Mandy stuck out immensely. She is clearly outstanding. The way she does her job and the impression she leaves on patients are never forgotten. She is careful, charming, attentive to needs, she goes out of her way to make you comfortable, in numerous small ways. She has a strong compassion for others without having to say it. She just shows it in the way she does her work. She has a way of lighting up the room. I looked forward to having her as my nurse. She made my stay the best it could be. I had a good experience with all the staff during my stay and was very pleased with the care I received from nursing to dietary, but Mandy left a lasting impression on me and I am thankful for having her as a nurse during my stay. She is a great asset to her unit as well as this hospital. Thank you for all that you do Mandy.
