"Amanda cared for me while I was in recovery and went above and beyond to meet my needs. My daughter was placed in the NICU soon after she was born so I spent most of my time with her and not in my room. Amanda came to NICU to check on me, bring me my medicine and water. This went above and beyond my care expectations I had.

Amanda always asked what she could do to help and if I needed anything. She answered all my questions and found the answers to the questions she wasn't sure of. Amanda was able to reach my doctor after hours and set up a time for her to call me.

Carle Hospital is lucky to have such an outstanding woman on their nursing staff and she should be recognized as such."
