Amanda Sawyer has a way of making an extremely emotional situation bearable. Amanda cared for the father of the person nominating her. She was amazed at her compassion and the way she treated her Dad is if he was her own father. Amanda was more than her Dad's nurse, she was an amazing person with qualities people strive a lifetime to gather. Amanda exceeded all of the nurses that I have met at my father's previous four hospital stays. She is informative, attentive, compassionate, kind, respectful to the patient as well as the family members. If her father could rate Amanda she would have gotten a perfect score, something he would not give out lightly!
