Mandy was assigned to take care of my dad as we were making the decision to move him to hospice. She helped us through that difficult time with her sweet smile and tender care of Dad. As Mandy took care of Dad the next several days, she was always so sweet and kind to him. She checked on him frequently always treating him as a person and not just a patient. I so appreciate the exceptional care she provided for Dad and how she always asked if she could help us in any way. We have been in this position before at a different hospital and received good care, but Mandy is exceptional. I feel she was an angel here for my dad and us. She truly is a gift to Essentia and her patients.
