I was admitted to the hospital very unexpectedly. I have been here for almost three days and was told I was transferring to Saint Louis University Hospital. I understand that it is a rule that no one under the age of 16 is allowed to visit. I have 3 children, one of whom I have not seen in over 2 weeks. Amanda arranged for me to be taken outside, however briefly, to see my children before I transferred hospitals. I got to love on my babies, and nothing could have been better or meant more to me. She also had to move my IV and put it in an amazing spot that I have never seen one put. It makes things much more comfortable and so much easier for me.
