Amanda Tardiff, RN, CNL

Amanda Tardiff started in the department as a temporary staff fill-in, doing a completely different type of nursing from what she was doing on the floors.  She very quickly became an integral, permanent part of the department.  Her ability to think outside the box has led to several changes in the department. She selflessly puts in many extra hours to make sure that patients are appropriately scheduled and their needs are met. She will also slip into her old role as staff and help with direct patient care. Along with her positive, can-do attitude, we would like to thank Amanda for her initiatives, energy, compassion, and desire to lead the department in innovative ways to make this a dynamic and caring place to be.
