Amanda Tepen, RN

Amanda brought me breakfast and described to me what was on the plate. I was sad because I couldn’t eat any of it because I have few teeth. When the patient expressed concern that he wouldn’t be able to get breakfast before the day’s therapy began, Amanda went directly to the kitchen to get grits and a banana. She even got some oatmeal in case I needed it later. Her compassion put the patient’s mind at ease so he could focus on his recovery.
