Amanda Valenzuela, RN

I'm writing this for my ma, who had a mastectomy and was put in PEDs for recovery. My sister and I were nervous because this wasn't an oncology wing, but Amanda was nothing less than fantastic. She knew about everything we asked and explained it well. Her super-friendly attitude and always smiling were so refreshing and kept my mom in great spirits, which isn't always the easiest, as she is 83 and was very nervous and upset about the procedure. We all loved having Amanda as the nurse for my Ma. Amanda has extensive knowledge as a nurse, enabling her to effectively handle oncology patients while working on the PEDS unit, which was truly remarkable. We are very thankful to have had her as a nurse. My mom is still talking about her. Thank you so much, Amanda!
