Amanda was very positive and patient, always ready with a smile. She always had a kind word, even in the midst of an intense night shift. She was very respectful and courteous. Amanda was very attentive to detail. You could tell she was very genuine and eager to give good care to her patient by being very real and not fake or shallow.
When Amanda came in to do something she would explain clearly and comprehensively what she did and generously and patiently answered questions. Sympathetic to all of my needs and listened like a friend. She was very amiable and affable without losing her beautiful sense of professionalism. It was such a pleasure to have such a great nurse.
