I have been visiting the VA since October 2022 as an outpatient. Most of the time my nurse was Amanda and she has been awesome every visit. Even when I was preparing for my heart transplant in 2024, she took the time to talk and comfort me and tell me that I would be okay! That really helped me to be a little stronger going into the hospital for the surgery! When I returned to the VA for more outpatient procedures, she was still the same nurse that I remembered prior to my surgery! Professional, Courteous and Caring! It makes you feel at ease upon arrival!
