Amanuel works well with other staff/healthcare team members to meet patient/residents needs.He works diligently with others for the overall care of the residents. He is a true team player volunteering himself to help whenever he can. He will often have some of your work done before you can ask him. Many residents have a special connection with Amanuel. He takes time to listen to them and his nurturing demeanor makes them feel secure and important. Many family members have noticed him for his gentle kindness towards their loved one and make a special effort to tell other staff how they feel about him. Recently a family of a resident that passed away commented with tears in their eyes about the special effort he had made while their father lay dying to come and talk with him and hold his hand. They said that he made a special visit after his shift to tell him goodbye and kissed his hand. When Amanuel is away he always gets a warm welcome back as the residents just love and miss him. Amanuel tries to be at his best all times is very conscientious. He always does the right thing no matter the situation. He is a good critical thinker. He is punctual, thoughtful and extremely reliable, covering shifts for his coworkers when they are ill or have family emergencies. He always follow up after their illness or family emergency to find out how they are doing.
