Amarpreet is the most caring and understanding person I have met. From the time she came in at the end of her shift, her kindness, demeanor, and treatment of her patient never changed, and believe me, there was a patient on the floor that could drive anyone crazy!

Her soft-spoken voice with everyone was outstanding. She took such good care of me no matter how many times I rang the buzzer. My stay was not always pleasant; she would come in, say good morning, and then ask me what was wrong. I knew she would listen to me and be a shoulder to cry on and give me encouraging words to put me at ease.

God puts people into your life for a reason, and the reason was to take care of me. I thank God she came into my life. She is a nurse who went beyond her normal duty for me. Please don’t get me wrong, the other nurses assigned to my care team were great as well as some of the PCAs, but this nurse was outstanding!
