Amber was the nurse who took on my dad as a direct admit from another hospital. We had waited at the other hospital for 20 hours w/o MRI or Trx or transfer. When we came in she was on top of it! Did his assessments & got all kinds of diagnostics done and had lines place an A-line. She got so much done for him in his first 3-4 hours with her, and it brought me so much relief.

Amber was so friendly, calm, and quick. She put up with my over-talking and hovering without complaint. Connected with not only me, as a medical personal too, but was great with my dad. He came in frustrated and upset but she was on top of everything- chatting him up and putting my old, stubborn dad at ease. She was amazing. After 15/16 hours in a hospital, I felt safe leaving my dad with her so I could go home and rest. Amber told my dad her and I would be besties and she's so personable, she was right!! Felt like I had a friend taking care of him.
