Always has a positive attitude, no matter the multiple situations that are going on. Always encourages her team. She involves new nurses, nurse techs, and any other staff who have questions about situations that are ongoing, emergent, or not, and addresses them with not only patience but with a caring attitude, demonstrating and walking them through every step.
