Amber Boisaubin, RN

Amber was a nurse for my mom the day before my mom went into hospice and ultimately passed away. She provided such comforting care to my mom even though she was only her nurse for that one day. My mom was in the hospital for 1.5 weeks, and Amber changed my mom's gown when she noticed it had food on it. Amber was super thoughtful in how she answered my questions and approached me knowing the difficult time my family was going through. I remember that day my mom told me how extraordinary Amber was, and we were both sad she was not going to be back on the be my mom's nurse again. She made one of the last days I had with my mom a lot easier, given that it was in the hospital setting. Amber even stayed on well after shift change to check in on my mom and wrap things up with her before she left. I truly don’t know how we would have gotten through that day without Amber's help.
