Amber came to get my very sick 6 year old from the main ED to take her to the pediatric ED on the 4th floor. She took the time to really get to know her, making her feel comfortable- as she was very scared. Amber asked us- the parents, what was going on, but also spent time asking our little girl too. It made by daughter feel very special and made her feel a bit more at ease! She explained everything to HER- recognizing she was the patient. It was very genuine and very heartwarming to witness! Thank you, Amber, so very much for making our stay a little less scary!
