Amber never rushes anyone and is always joyful and smiling even under her mask. She is an excellent light to our patients and always goes the extra step.
Amber is an extremely compassionate and caring nurse. She has only been a part of our practice for a little while now but her care for our patients has radiated every single day. Even if she is having an "off" day, she does not let that affect the way she cares for and treats patients.
We had a new patient come in and Amber roomed her. Amber had been in the room quite awhile for intake, she was taking her time getting to know the patient and listening to everything the patient wanted to share with her. She had other tasks to do but this patient needed someone to talk to and to listen what she was saying and Amber took the time to do that.
She has that same attitude with every single patient she sees in the office or talks to on the phone. There are many older women who come as patients to our office and one in particular recently, who is now by herself after losing her husband, and Amber takes the time to listen and be a presence in their life, even if just for a brief time when they are in our office. She answers their questions or discusses with the provider to make sure patients get an answer.
She never rushes anyone and is always joyful and smiling even under her mask. She is an excellent light to our patients and always goes the extra step to carry out the St. Mary's mission and make sure our patients are well taken care of.
