Amber Coffman, RN

Amber went the extra mile for two patients today by doing their education appointment for them since the NP was unable to see them; one of the patients the NP was not able to work back into the schedule while the other appointment was canceled in error. This took quite a bit of time out of Amber’s schedule since these appointments can be rather lengthy due to patient questions. I know both patients were very appreciative since they stated so while they were leaving. This is just one day of many that Amber helps out either her co-workers, patients, or both – and then doing this on a day that was very busy shows how Amber truly lives the IU Health Arnett values.
