She is the best manager I have ever worked for, both inside and outside of nursing. There is no direct story to express her qualifications, as there are too many. She deserves more recognition than anyone I know. She is not only caring and compassionate towards patients but also goes above and beyond for her staff. She maintains an open-door policy and is always readily available. She staffs bedside without complaining when we are short-staffed. She promotes work-life balance and genuinely cares for her employees. She always advocates for her team and has the best intentions for our unit as a whole. She encourages further education and tirelessly accommodates the scheduling needs of those in school. She carries herself professionally and always presents the best interest of our unit to organizational leaders.
