Amber came into my room as if she was family but was actually an angel. I had a very difficult 4 days over the holiday weekend, and I she was informed of the difficulties I’ve experienced. It seemed like she was on a mission to squash every and any difficulty I had and one after another, my day fell back into place. She made me laugh, she got me anything I needed, contacted doctors, made sure I was comfortable, had my room cleaned, coordinated a shower for me, and made sure each doctor who needed to see me got here and did what was needed. I never had someone walk in the door and fix everything. 

Amber deserves serious respect, and any department would be lucky enough to have someone 1/2 as amazing as Amber. I started my day frustrated and uncomfortable, and 6 hours later, she “Put Humpty Dumpty back together again” Blessed, grateful, and honored to know her. Very lucky hospital. All the respect. I’ll never be able to thank her the way her organization can.
