Amber Fant, RN

I have had the privilege of getting to know and work with Amber during my 14th & 15th hospitalizations this year. Amber has worked with me to help me obtain care that is very important to my ongoing and improving health, which I could not obtain myself outside of the hospital. Amber helped me find a new primary care office; she also helped me obtain much-needed chest port supplies for at-home use through Amerimed Pharmacy. She did all this advocacy with updates and joy.
