Amber Galvan, RN

Amber was there two days of my stay with your hospital. She was very kind, showed much empathy for my condition, and always explained all doctor's orders and any changes to my care. She answered all of my questions and took the time to explain every detail no matter how small. I was happy that I had a nurse passionate about her job to treat me with the best care and unburden me with the unknowns. She always greeted me at the beginning of her shift and introduced the next nurse caring for me. I have to say, Franciscan has a lot of great nurses, but I feel Amber went above and beyond. I didn't get the chance to say bye to her but her due diligence left a long-lasting impression on me and my opinion of Franciscan Hospital and the care they give their patients.
