Thank you for always coming to me in a timely manner and when I needed assistance and for taking the wonderful care of me. During my recent visit to the ED at your facility, I was scared, nervous, and afraid because I recently relocated to Tennessee and I didn't know what to expect coming from another state. Visitors were not allowed so my husband couldn't come into the ER. I didn't know what to say or do. I was experiencing a little loneliness until I met my new nurse Amber.
She made me laugh in many different ways. Just a no-nonsense professional nurse who had nothing but mad love for me as her patient. She is the most loving, smart, and professional nurse I have seen in a long time. Her work ethics are excellent. She did everything in a timely manner and explained everything she did to me. One thing I admired about this nurse is she always knocked and entered the room, washing her hands every time too, Good Job, Amber.
