Amber did an excellent job answering any questions we had with a smile and the kind of encouragement that demonstrated sincere caring. She went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and "at home" in this environment. She made a special connection with our family by sharing stories about her miniature donkey, Peanut, and later telling about antics of raccoons at a nearby restaurant where raccoons come and snack and can be watched through a window (this was after she saw my raccoon pajamas). Amber is a very personable as well as an excellent professional. We always missed her when she shift changed. Her intelligence was as impressive as her communication skills and we learned a lot about our orthopedic situation and healing from her.
