Amber picked me up from the ER and transferred me to the ICU and was my nurse, from the moment we met I knew she would make a difference in my life - I was really scared - she never stopped reassuring me and she stayed by my side and kept looking into my eyes talking to me. When I coded, she was right there, Amber communicated to my family through my daughter-in-law who is a nurse. My family gathered in the parking lot and Amber via phone kept him up to date on my condition. A couple of days later my son told me how professional and compassionate she was to them when she gave them updates and how important that was! It was hard to be alone without my family at my side but Amber not only provided exemplary care she also was my advocate from the beginning. Thank you!
