As a leader, Amber has exemplified supreme support and courage to our team on the 5th floor during a difficult time this past year. Being a leader on a COVID unit was not an easy task to take on but she led us in taking on the unknown with such grace and strength. This past year she constantly looked out for the team and came alongside us to help. Her communication as a leader was beyond what was required, and she used several if not all forms of resources to support the team. Her dedication to patient care and leading her team never once faltered. The sacrifice of her time and constant availability should most definitely be awarded.
