Amber Leeth selflessly provided a service that went above and beyond our service standards of caring, compassion, and safety. Amber was genuinely concerned that the patient had left his discharge instructions and wound care supplies and volunteered to take the patient these items since he lived an hour away and may not be able to return. Amber performed this task with her own will and dedication to ensure our patients received safe patient care.
