My mother was in ICU for 3 days and Amber was with my mother holding her hand and sitting with her when the family was in conferences in the lounge and explained to my mother everything with respect and compassion.
She was precise and caring. She asked our family if there was anything that she could do for us.
I am glad and grateful she was my mother's nurse, through this time. With her sincere compassion and expertise.
