Tanya is relentless in her pursuit of results when it comes to getting patients the resources they need. She ensures that DME, prior authorizations, and medication refills are processed as fast and thoroughly as possible and that patients have all their needs met.
Tanya demonstrates kindness every day throughout the PCMC. She, along with the other party planners, organizes and recognizes each staff member in the clinic individually on their birthday to ensure they feel appreciated and recognized. She announces their birthday and greets them with a cupcake and a balloon at the huddle in the mornings. She always makes sure everyone feels special and never leaves anyone out.

Tanya always makes every new employee feel special and valued. She goes above and beyond to get to know them and understand their likes and dislikes. She incorporates this into special things she does to help honor other employees. She has hosted baby showers, going away parties, engagement parties, holiday parties, gift exchanges, and various other events in the clinic to help raise morale and keep people excited to come to work.

Tanya is relentless in her pursuit of results when it comes to getting patients the resources they need. She ensures that DME, prior authorizations, and medication refills are processed as fast and thoroughly as possible and that patients have all their needs met. She also follows up to ensure that work is completed timely and efficiently.

Tanya has taken the time to walk through the ACT cart with new nurses orienting to the ACT team and emphasizes that no question is a stupid question. She is an easy person to learn from, and she encourages people to ask questions so that they can increase their skillset. She is compassionate towards patients, and her peers, and I know she is always someone I can go to for advice, a kind smile, or a warm embrace when I am feeling defeated or overwhelmed. She is great at remaining calm in stressful situations as well.

Tanya makes sure everyone at the PCMC gets a warm welcome and a thoughtful goodbye during the time they spend here. She does "going away" events for people who are moving onto new careers or roles and makes sure they know how valuable they are. She also makes sure new employees feel welcome by going out of her way to introduce herself to others. She has even taken time out of her evenings to clean out the staff refrigerators and often uses her own money to pay for materials/food for staff parties.

She is overall a bright light in the PCMC, always goes above and beyond! Tanya is also a wealth of knowledge for the new nurses to go to her as a resource. She makes the PCMC an amazing place for everyone and we are so lucky to have her!
