My son was a patient in the ICU and Amber took amazing care of him. I was in awe as she cared for his every need, and there were many. Then she also found time to care about me and his dad. She helped us feel less scared in such a scary situation. She comforted us and encouraged us to take care of ourselves too. She didn't have to do that. THEN she came to visit my son on the regular floor and brought him his favorite drink that he so wanted while in ICU. Her caring and compassion was a blessing to us all when we needed it the most.
