I'm from Grand Rapids, Michigan and traveled to Jonesboro 9 times in 2023 to participate in a Clinical Trial at your hospital. Amber was my primary contact and was always responsive to our needs. She helped with scheduling issues when we couldn't be there on an assigned date and always scheduled our series of appointments in a successive order to make our time spent at St. Bernards as seamless as possible given our travel circumstances. Being a clinical trial cancer patient had its ups and downs, and Amber was there to "talk me off the ledge" when I was experiencing high blood pressure issues and anemia, brought on as side effects of some of the drugs. Amber was always there to answer my questions. One instance when I was feeling very down about my illness, Amber provided me emotional support and told me I should live my life to the fullest and one day at a time. She has been very empathetic. Amber is also very knowledgeable about the study, my illness, and how to treat patients with dignity and respect. She is a consummate professional and a valued part of your team.
