Amber took care of a patient the day prior to my shift. During my shift, Amber came in on her day off and spent several hours detangling the patient's hair. When her hair could not be detangled, Amber contacted the patient's son to ask if it was okay if she cut his mother's hair. Amber then gave the patient a beautiful new haircut. Amber is an admirable person, a fantastic nurse, and has a heart of gold!
