Amber always has a smile on her face, even when some of the heart monitor recordings were not favorable for my husband. She pointed out how he was improving in small increments. She explained how the meds were working and affecting his body. At times, she gently adjusted the intravenous tubing connected to his hands so we could play cards! Amber explained the catheterization procedure and how a stent would open up the blood flow in the heart. She hand-wrote a detailed explanation of the cardiac ablation the EP doctor was going to perform. Amber is the epitome of a caring, knowledgeable nurse who readily uses her expertise to comfort and care for patients and their families! Thank you, Amber!
