I would like to start out by saying every nurse that I have come across thus far has taken care of my daughter on a great level. However, this nurse has gone above what has been a set standard. I have seen her do little things for my daughter, not one other nurse went out of their way to do. What a wonderfully educated woman! Perfectly assertive with a great combination of kindness and making me, as the parent, feel a part of my daughter's care decisions and healing. She's the nurse I will remember years from now when stories are told about this time in the NICU. Thank you for hearing me when I felt nobody was listening. Thank you for taking care of my daughter like she was your own family.
