This nurse is so Compassionate and caring. She truly leads by example. Her demeanor and compassion for nursing are contagious. She inspires others and is one of the most caring people I know. Other disciplines and nurses who see her patients are always commenting on how wonderful she is. Here is an example:

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate seeing your name attached to our shared patients! I know that they are well taken care of, and education is being provided! I have never heard an unkind word spoken of you, in fact always the opposite! Thanks for all you do and being such a fantastic RN/team member! Thanks again for all you do and for helping to make my job and day that much better!

I personally spoke to a 95-year-old patient who insisted we send this particular nurse. Per the patient, this nurse is very patient and kind to her. She takes her time to listen to her, and she truly makes a difference. "I look forward to seeing her smiling face," the patient stated. Per the patient, this nurse motivates her and educates her about her disease processes and the changes that are occurring with her age. She stated she is so thankful for her nurse and her attention to detail, and she is amazed by how the nurse sees changes in her body before she does herself.
