Amber has demonstrated true leadership skills and nursing care as charge nurse. Many times, she has helped her team both days and nights through tough events/situations. She is constantly demonstrating IU Health's values, especially under pressure. She goes out of her way to make sure her colleagues are well, because Amber understands the importance of teamwork can better outcomes for patients. She jumps in wherever help is needed. She shows expertise and compassion for her patients, and in return, her patients are requesting for her to be their nurse the next day. Amber has a purpose when she comes to work. Always wanting to do good for others, patients, and the team. Amber is always working at her best, taking in new knowledge and demonstrating from past experiences. Amber shows respect shows empathy, and kindness to all. Amber is an amazing team player, which contributes into a great charge nurse. Amber is a blessing and IU and PCU is lucky to have her!!!
