Amber went above and beyond to make I was comfortable when I came into the emergency department for a dislocated shoulder from a fall. She made sure I got pain medication before trying to get me into a gown and before trying to get X-rays. She supported my injured arm with firm blankets to keep it from moving, which was greatly appreciated. She motivated me to try and have the doctor put my shoulder back without sedation. It went well, and I am very thankful.
