Amber has found me a much more useful monitor and the supplies I needed. Even when my insurance wouldn't cover it, she found a way so I could get it. When my mail order prescription didn't arrive on time and the company would not cover an emergent script at a local pharmacy, Amber found me samples and made arrangements, so, all I had to do was pick it up. At my first follow-up she saw that I had struggled (MS related) walking up there (to the Diabetes center). She went down to the lobby and brought a wheelchair up and wheeled me back out to my car. She has extended a professional friendship and compassion to me that has made a huge difference. Not just to me but my family. Amber has gone the extra mile to make sure I receive the highest quality of care.
