Amber is the Cancer Nurse Navigator at Frye and she is absolutely fantastic. Since her first case with us, she has been outstanding. She has gone way above and beyond to take care of my patients. She has helped to guide both our staff and our patients through this difficult time in their lives.
From our perspective as a referring provider, she has really simplified the process of referring patients to Frye for cancer care. She is always helpful, and her new process has been an amazing relief both for me and the patients. We are so very thankful for her presence in this difficult and scary time in our patients' lives. Amber is an exceptional Nurse Navigator and I have gotten many compliments about her from my patients and my providers here. She coordinates all of their appointments to facilitate their care at Frye, and will even accompany patients to these appointments if needed. She maintains open communication with the patient and our office to ensure the best possible care and really makes Frye look like an exceptional provider for any cancer care. I can't even begin to express how wonderful and awesome she is. I would like to thank her for the outstanding patient care she provides.
