Amber is a great person to work with because she is helpful and patient. As a new nurse, Amber made me feel so comfortable asking questions, and I always feel welcome to ask her for advice. She is a calm and quiet leader, and an experienced nurse whom I hope to be like one day, further on in my career. She is there when I need an extra set of hands and is always reliable.

Amber is always calm and kind. She is approachable and humble. When she doesn't know the answer to a question, she takes the time to look up the information, because she is continually learning and growing as a nurse. She is genuine with patients and treats them with respect and dignity. Her consistency of character makes her an outstanding role model.
