I would like to recognize Amber for all her support in discharging a patient on Internal Medicine. This patient had multiple barriers to discharge and needed assistance with every detail. I had gone over the options with her multiple times, but I was getting called into other situations to discharge multiple patients on different floors. She came to my aid, helped the patient coordinate the patient’s final destination and everything worked out well in the end. I am forever grateful to the entire Internal Medicine team on a daily basis, but want to give a huge shout to AMBER for jumping in. Thank you, Amber, for all you do and especially when she is in charge. She goes above and beyond!
