There are probably scores of ways Amber helped me (and other patients) that I don't even know of, but I do know of several in which her help and support were remarkable. When I arrived I was distraught, frightened, anxious, crying uncontrollably, and unable to calm down. Amber came into my room and said things that were supportive, respectful, and most of all kind. I felt she really understood who I am and how I felt. There was a hiccup with my medicine from a compounding pharmacy and Amber worked with the system to make sure it was made right. Wellstone is so lucky to have an excellent staff member like Amber and she is surely at the top of the top!
