She is always here for her peers as a reliable source of information. She continues to prove how valued she is to our hospital community by always showing good leadership skills. She is the go-to girl on the second floor. She is one of the most compassionate nurses I know. I always witness her going out of her way for her patients, as well as other nurses' patients. She always does what's right and best for everyone. She always motivates other people around her to improve their health and do better for themselves. She is truly one person who inspires me to do what's best. She always has good tips to give to her patients on things that can help them in their daily lives and get better. She encourages healthy behaviors and goes above and beyond to follow her own advice in her own life. Her image here at the hospital is exceptional. All of her peers adore her and think the world of her. She takes care of our department patients. She responds well when things are chaotic. She works well under pressure and makes families more comfortable when dealing with hard situations.
